Charles D "Buddy" Moore

    A funeral service and Jordan Masonic Lodge service for Charles D. “Buddy” Moore, 68, Logansport, will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the Mount Hope Cemetery Chapel.
    He passed away at 3:25 p.m. Tuesday, July 7, 2009, at Miller’s Merry Manor.
    Born Feb. 4, 1941, in Kokomo, he was the son of Victor “Buddy” and Dorothy Ford Moore.
    Buddy was retired from Small Parts. He was a 1959 graduate of Logansport High School, where he was a member of the wrestling and football state championship teams. He was a member of the Jordan Masonic Lodge.
    Surviving are two sons, Terence Donald Moore, Phoenix, Ariz., and Jason (Annette) Moore, Elkhart; three daughters, Michelle (Bob) Raxter, Phoenix, Ariz., Samantha Moore, Lakeland, Fla., and Melissa Catherine “Missy” Eagan, Delphi; three sisters, Sharon Pigg, Logansport, Lynnette Farrell, Indianapolis, and Anne (Pat) Fisher, California; companion, Susan Eagan, Logansport; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
    Dist. Elder Aaron Boyd will officiate. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
    Friends may call from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Monday at the cemetery chapel.
