Paul Barnes of 1553 Brookview Avenue, Warsaw, Indiana, passed
away on Friday, November 18, 2011, at 2:15 p.m. at Kosciusko
Community Hospital of Warsaw at the age of 62.
He was born on April 23, 1949,
in Lafayette, Indiana, to Ronald George Barnes and Mary Geraldine
Dennis has been a resident of Kosciusko
County, Indiana, for the past 18 years, where he was the owner
of Barnes Consulting, working as an Environmental Consultant
in Human Resources and the Government Compliance field.
He was past president of the Warsaw
Kiwanis Club, and a volunteer for Meals on Wheels. He graduated
in 1967 from Logansport High School, and then attended the University
of Notre Dame graduating in 1971. He continued his education
at Ball State University receiving his MBA.
He will be lovingly remembered
by two brothers: Brian (wife Connie) Barnes (Merrillville, Indiana);
Boyd Barnes (Logansport, Indiana); one sister: Rosemary (husband
Stephen) Kern (Flemington, New Jersey); and one sister-in-law:
Jane Barnes (Naperville, Illinois). Also surviving are
three nieces: Katherine Kubal, Stephanie Kern, Kristen Kern;
and two nephews: Joseph Barnes and Kevin Kern. He was preceded
in death by his parents.
Visitation will be held on Sunday
November 20, 2011 from 4:00 6:00 p.m. with a Prayer Services
at 6:00 p.m. at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road,
His funeral mass will be celebrated
on Monday, November 21, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. and presided by Father
Phil DeVolder at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 125 North Harrison
Street, Warsaw, Indiana.
Burial will be at Mount Hope Cemetery
in Logansport, Indiana. (11-18-2011)
