Bill Broderick, 67, of 630 N. Lindberg
Drive, Warsaw, Indiana, died at 7 a.m. Jan. 30, 2006, in his
He was born Oct. 31, 1938, in Chicago, Ill., to William P. and
Rose Slifka Broderick. On March 17, 1979, he married Margaret
Thomas, who survives.
Retiring in 1997 after 31 years
of service, he was a mail carrier in Knox. He lived in
Warsaw for the past three years, and formerly lived in Knox and
Gilbertsville, Ky. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic
Church, Warsaw. He was a U.S. Navy veteran.
Also surviving are a son, Michael
Broderick, Hampton, Ky.; three daughters: Mrs. William (Angela
Broderick) Howard, Warsaw; and Sandra Knorr and Kathy Hardison,
both of Indianapolis; six grandchildren; and a sister, Frances
Koressel, Simi Valley, Calif. He was preceded in death
by a sister.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday
at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will be at a later date.
No calling in planned.
