     Margaret Noemi Hughes, 91, died at 10:35 a.m. Nov. 16, 2007, at Miller's Merry Manor, Syracuse.
She was born April 2, 1916, in Grass Creek, to Patrick and Anastacia Hines Sinnott. On July I, 1933, in Pierceton; she married Robert Barnhart, who died April 12, 1987. On Nov. 15, 1941, in Warsaw, she married Ralph Hughes, who died Aug. 15, 1993.
     Moving to Warsaw in August 1940, she was a shipping supervisor at Zimmer USA for 28 years, retiring in 1981. She graduated from Grass Creek High School in April 1933.
     She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Warsaw Eagles Auxiliary, Leesburg Lions, Zimmer Quarter Century Club, and Rosary Altar Society.
     Surviving are a daughter, Patricia (and spouse Jake) Bitner, Syracuse; two grandchildren, Linda (and spouse Steve) Koerner, Lafayette, and Mike (and spouse Lex) Bitner; Springfield, ill.; four great-grandchildren: Daniel and Kaitlyn Bitner, Springfield; Ryan Koerner, Chicago, ill.; and Kellie Koerner, Valparaiso.
     She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant son.
Services were today at 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Warsaw, with Monsignor James Wolf and Father Tom Metzger officiating. A rosary service was Sunday at 7:30 p.m. at the church.
     Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery; Warsaw.
     Calling was Sunday at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw.
