Robert Joseph Weinhoffer                December 30, 2014

Weinhoffer-Robert..jpg     Robert Joseph Weinhoffer of Warsaw, Indiana passed away at 7:04 a.m. on Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at Kosciusko Community Hospital of Warsaw at the age of 83. 
     He served in the U.S. Army and was honorably discharged in 1954.  He worked in sales for Bethlehem Steel Corporation in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania for 37 years, retiring in 1992. 
     He has been a resident of Kosciusko County, Indiana for the past three years where he was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Warsaw. 
     Robert was born on June 12, 1931 in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania to Julia (Kern) and Joseph Weinhoffer.  On February 16, 1957 he was married to Maryanna (Braxmeier) Weinhoffer, who survives in Warsaw, Indiana. 
     Also surviving are three sons:  Robert Weinhoffer, Jr. (Dallas, Texas); Joseph Charles (wife Mary Ellen) Weinhoffer (Gillette, New Jersey); David Thomas (wife Tina) Weinhoffer (Houston, Texas); daughter:  Susan Zogbi (Winona Lake, Indiana); and eleven grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents, and four sisters. 
     Visitation will be held on Friday, January 2, 2015 from 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw, Indiana, with a Rosary Service at 12:00 noon.   
     His Funeral Mass will follow at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, January 2, 2015 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 125 N. Harrison Street, Warsaw, Indiana celebrated by Father Phil DeVolder.  Burial will take place at a later date at Oakwood Cemetery of Warsaw. 
     Memorial donations may be directed to Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 125 N. Harrison Street, Warsaw, Indiana  46580; or to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research, Grand Central Station, P.O. Box 4777, New York, New York  10163 and would be appreciated by his family.  (12-30-2014)
