Marjorie L. Wright August 1, 2012
Marjorie
L. Wright, 83, of Frisco, Texas, and formerly of Warsaw, Indiana,
and Sebring, Fla., died Aug. 1, 2012, in Frisco.
She
was born on August 5, 1929, in South Bend, Indiana, to John Louis
and Alice Elmira (Hall) Bauer. On June 2, 1949, Marjorie
married her high school sweetheart, Harris G. Wright, who preceded
her in death on March 16, 2011.
Marjorie
worked as a nursing assistant and office manager for several
doctors in Warsaw, Indiana, before retiring in 1994. In
2003, she and her husband relocated to Florida to enable year
round golf and sunshine. After her husband's passing,
Marjorie moved to the Frisco area to live near her daughter.
Marjorie
is survived by her daughter, Teresa Waites and husband Dewey,
of Frisco, Texas; her son, David O. Wright and his wife Linda,
of Goshen, Indiana; grandchildren, Laura Wright Miller and husband
Cliff, of Saline, Michigan; John L. Wright and wife Sabreana,
of Goshen, Indiana; Aaron Wright of Goshen, Indiana, Alicia Wright
Hoover and husband Rich, of Goshen, Indiana, Andrew H. Waites
and wife Lindsay, of Frisco, Texas, and Christopher Waites of
Frisco, Texas; four great-grandchildren, Noah and Owen Miller,
Harris Waites and Chloe Hoover; and twin brothers, John L. Bauer
and wife, Glenda, and George Bauer, both of Columbia City, Indiana.
She
is preceded in death by her husband and infant son, John Louis
Wright.
Services
will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Sacred Heart Church, Warsaw, with
Father Philip DeVolder officiating. Burial will follow
at 1 p.m. at Greenhill Cemetery, Columbia City, Ind. (8-28-2012)
